Sony has announced that unfortunately their new, chaotic arena racer game is being delayed until February. Although, they did follow up with some good news! The game will be coming as a free PS+ title at its release! Which feels like an incredibly intelligent move. It feels like for this title to be a success it needs to get as much of a following as possible to have people actually playing it, but as a release game at a release price, it was highly likely to be bypassed by all the amazing new IPs and it's lower level of advertising when compared to other flagship titles.

Destruction Allstars is a game where 16 players are dropped into an arena, and are required to take each-other out in accelerated drama action, although there's more than meets the eye. In each match, random sets of specific objectives will drop, giving you new targets to take out. Although, because of all the chaos around you, you will need to adapt and tailor your approach to unleash your mayhem and avoid being wiped out yourself. The best thing, is if your vehicle is destroyed, then you can leap out of it, dodge incoming attacks and ultimately take over vehicles to get yourself straight back into the action. We're excited to play this game and think that the move has been a smart one for Sony and the Developers Lucid Games. We'll see you in February where we will hopefully be smashing and dodging cars together!
