Blightbound, an all-new Dungeon Crawler from Ronimo Games, has been in Early Access on Steam for a few months now and has received mostly positive feedback on the PC gaming platform. But now thanks to Gematsu a primarily Japanese gaming news website, we have learned that PC may not be the only release option for this gritty indie adventure. Gematsu reported that Blightbound has been registered on the ESRB (Entertainment Software Ratings Board) for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. After scouring through all of the incredible trailers for Blightbound, the Developers webpage and the publisher's web page (Devolver Digital) there has been no indication that this awesome looking dungeon crawler will be releasing on consoles. However, the North American Rating system does list it as having console releases planned, could this mean we are seeing an announcement very soon or is it an error on ERSB's end?
If you haven't seen or heard anything on Blightbound yet, I would strongly recommend checking out the trailer above. Blightbound is a hero based multiplayer dungeon crawler, where you can choose between 3 classes, Assassin, Mage and Warrior. With one of these three classes selected, you can start your quest with friends or strangers as you gather loot, collect new heroes, abilities and much more through an ever-expanding world. Blightborn offers a fully narrated story too, along with your own personal refuge, which you can build up and fill with artisans to craft more items and unlock new bounties. Blightbound is currently available on Early Access in Steam, for £15.99, or you can pick up three copies of Blightbound for £32.99 for you and your friends to raid the dungeons together.
