Kingdom Come Deliverance was an incredible medieval experience for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and now it looks like it could be coming to Nintendo Switch. In a recent listing on the Japanese Nintendo Store for upcoming games in 2021 Kingdom, Come Deliverance Royal has been listed for a release of February 18th. Unfortunately, no official announcement has been made from Nintendo or the developer's Warhorse Studios, which could mean the game is either a placeholder name or date or Kingdome Come Deliverance Royal is a Japan Exclusive.
For those who haven't played Kingdome Come Deliverance, this is a medieval RPG, set in the 1400s in the kingdom of Bohemia, part of what is now the Czech Republic. Kingdom come prides itself on historical accuracy as it depicts the events of the Hungarian and Cuman Raid on Skalitz, which leads to one of the few survivors turning to the lords of the land to help them place a rightful king on the throne in Bohemia. Kingdom Come's gameplay features incredibly complex melee combat, which allows for a multitude of different attacks Kingdom Come also bosts a map with a scale of 1:1 with some compression around the North to allow for it to fit into the game's map. Given that the Nintendo Switch Version is listed as Royal, it is likely that we could also see the DLC for Kingdom Come Deliverance included.
