During last nights Nintendo Direct, we got to check out a new trailer for Monster Hunter Rise, where we got to see more of the terrifying creatures wreaking havoc during "The Rampage" that threatens Kamura Village. We explored some of the behemoths that we will face in Monster Hunter Rise back in January during the Monster Hunter Rise Livestream, but they were just the tip of the iceberg as we saw the return of the dreaded Rajang, The terrifyingly spider-like Rakna-Kadaki, the goliath Basarios and many more which you can check out in the full story trailer above.

Another feature of Monster Hunter Rise that was showcased during last nights direct was "The Rampage" itself, where Kamura Village is attacked by several monsters simultaneously, led by an Apex monster that will be sure to give troubles to even the most seasoned hunters. The Rampage that we saw looks like an incredible defence style of gameplay that will bring a unique gameplay element to Monster Hunter rise and allow us to use the Wyvern riding to create pure chaos during this crazy defence. Monster Hunter Rise will release on the Nintendo Switch next month on March 26th.
