Today during the epic Pokémon event, we got to see more updates surrounding the New Pokémon Snap, which is coming to Nintendo Switch later this year on April 30th. The new gameplay trailer took us on a journey in the Neo 1 as we explored the region and met our new friends, along with many of the Pokémon we will see along the way.

As we journey around in the Neo 1, we got to see some of the awesome tools we could use, including Iluminor orbs, which will cause Pokémon to glow and may even change the colours on some Pokémon. We also got to check out the ranking system, which will give us stars based on the photo's we take as we try to fill out our Pokédex.

Along with all of these exciting features coming to Pokémon Snap, we will, of course, have a photo editing suite, where we can take our photos to the next level with borders filters and stickers. These photos can then be shared online to receive rewards from other players and even see our photos featured in the online hub! The only thing missing now is for Blockbusters to reopen so that we can make print-outs of our favourite pictures through the Pokémon snap machine, which was present during the N64 edition of Pokémon Snap. Will you be picking up Pokémon Snap this April? Let us know in this article's comments on our Facebook and Twitter pages and let us know.
