Last night we finally got to see Cyberpunk 2077 running on console. In a team-up with Xbox, Night City Wire brought us a special episode focussed on gameplay that shifted between the Xbox One X and the Xbox Series X. Both versions of the game look fantastic, but what really sells it for me is the next-gen renditions which are not even fully optimised, as a full Next-Gen upgrade will be coming next year.

In the video, which you can check out above, the Xbox Series X footage shows off incredible lighting, reflections, and rendering. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see any of the combat on the Xbox Series X as that was all shown from the perspective of the Xbox Series X.

Naturally, it is best to experience this for yourself, and we recommend checking out the video for yourself above. What are your thoughts on the looks for Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox One and Series X? let us know on our social media channels which you can find and follow below. Cyberpunk 2077 is only a few weeks away now, launching on December 10th for PC PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and google Stadia.

We at 3Bit cannot wait to get our hands on this highly anticipated title. The Next full episode of Night City Wire will be on November 19th at 1700 GMT, where we will be seeing more Johnny Silverhand, the tunes of Night City and a lot more, with CD Projekt Red stating this is going to be a big one.
