Delta Squad returns to the fray and ready to fight as Star Wars Republic Commandos comes to PlayStation 4 this April! You heard that right, Boss, Fixer, Scorch and Sev will be coming to the PlayStation 4 on April 6th, where you will be able to join these elite Clone Troopers on their missions in the Galaxy Far Far Away.

Republic Commandos initially launched in 2005 for PC and Xbox, where players got to step into the role of Clone Commando Boss as he leads Delta Squad through some of the many campaigns fought in the Clone Wars in incredible first-person combat where players can take advantage of dynamic weaponry and utilise their squad as an extension of themselves.

The 2005 classic Star Wars title from Lucas Arts will bring back all the classic memories of fighting through movie locations such as Geonosis and Kashyyk as you take on the native inhabitants and the Droid armies of the CIS. However, Sony is not happy with just a basic port, as Republic Commandos will feature updated controls for a modern age of gaming, tailored for the Dual Shock 4 and Dual Sense controllers. Republic Commandos will now also feature trophies, one of which was described in today's PlayStation blog. The trophy is called Squeaky Clean, and as you may have already guessed, it involves keeping Boss's Visor Squeaky Clean. Will you be picking up Republic Commandos on April 6th?
