For many, the wait is nearly over to play Resident Evil Village, Capcoms next highly anticipated title launches on the 7thof May. Many fans expected this title to be joined by Resident Evils next multiplayer Instalment RE: Verse, an all-new 3rd person shooter experience where 4-6 players could battle it out as some of Resident Evils most iconic characters. This all-new multiplayer experience was expected to launch alongside Resident Evil Village and be free for those who purchase the next Instalment of the Resident Evil Franchise. Unfortunately, the former is no longer the case, as RE: Verse has now been delayed until the summer, meaning those eager fans who couldn’t wait to hunt their friends or just turn themselves into a lethal bioweapon to torment their foes with will have to wait just a little bit longer to do so. Thankfully, Resident Evil Village has not been delayed. With just over a week to go until its release, we will have plenty to do whilst we wait for the release of RE: Verse.
