Splatoon 3 Announced During Nintendo Direct Event

Nintendo Direct saw a new trailer for Splatoon 3 which has been announced as coming 2022. Among the highlights of the trailer was the appearance of seemingly a new creature joining the adventure with you this time as you try and cover the map with ink. The exact purpose of it, however, remains unknown. It is customisable though! Without any other information forthcoming at this time it appears much the same as the tried and tested previous games but with updated visuals.
