State of Decay 3 has been announced for Xbox Series X with a gritty trailer. The cinematic announce trailer (available above) takes us into the world of State of decay as a lone survivor makes camp. The beautifully detailed scene is interrupted by a stalker in the forest around the campsite, The survivor scares away the stalker with a harsh scream. The Motion capture of this action really showcased how much emotion they have picked up for the animation as both fear and anger were very present in the survivors face. Come the next day we join the survivor as she hunts for her next meal, however things are not what they seem when we see a wolf being consumed by a gruesome zombified deer. This shocking twist in the food chain shows us just how terrifying State of Decay 3 will be with its incredibly upscaled graphics. Will you be getting State of Decay 3 when it launches?
