Another week in the gaming world has come to a close here at 3Bit and the holidays are finally upon us, but that does not mean the gaming news has stopped. This week has been quite an exceptional one at that with issues circling the most anticipated game of 2020, new releases and surprise announcements. Did you manage to catch everything this week? If not then be sure to check out the headlines below from the last 7 Days of gaming news. • This weeks biggest news revolves around CD Projekt Red and the console release of Cyberpunk 2077. There has been a lot of issues with the titles launch on all consoles and as such refunds are being offered and Sony have pulled the game from the PlayStation store. Updates are coming to fix the game, and all developments on this story are available on our social media pages, and we will continue to bring updates to these channels as and when they are released. • EA has put a bid in to purchase Codemasters. The bid comes after Take-Two Interactive put an offer in to acquire for the popular racing game developers. • Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo are teaming up to a set of standards to ensure safer gaming across all platforms. You can check out all the details of these standards on our social media pages. • The Hong Kong Massacre is given a release date of December 26th, 2020. • The third season of Fall Guys begins, bringing new levels, obstacles outfits and more. • The latest heist and biggest update for GTA V Online has released on all platforms. • EA Play will be joining Xbox Games Pass PC in 2021, with more details to come in the new year. • A new Nintendo Indie Showcase was broadcast this week, among the announcements were Among US, Spelunky 2 and Super Meat Boy Forever. You can check out all of our highlights here on 3-Bit.co.uk and on our social media pages. • Call of Duty Black Ops Season 1 kicks off to an incredible start, bringing new maps, guns characters and game modes, including the return of prop hunt. • We have a tonne of great updates from Ubisoft, this week here on 3Bit, including the Yule festival on Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. You can check out all the details for this and for The Division 2, Watch Dogs Legion, and more here on our news feed. • We stumbled on an incredible upcoming Indie title, Yami: The Dream you can check out all of the details here on 3-Bit.co.uk • Kojima Productions’ Death Stranding gets a crossover with Cyberpunk 2077 on PC, which features new cosmetics and game features. • Terminator Resistance will be getting a Next-Gen update for Playstation 5 on March 26th 2021. • Big Pixel Studios, the creators of Pocket Mortys, is, unfortunately, shutting down.

• Hades gets cross saves between Nintendo Switch and PC. • Sephiroth will join Super Smash Bros Ultimate on December 22nd. • Iconic PlayStation Characters join Ghost of Tsushima as armour options for Legends mode. • Crysis Remastered gets an update that adds all the missing content you can check out all the details here on 3Bit. • A standalone copy of Spider-Man Remastered appeared briefly on the PlayStation store for £44.99. Nobody was able to download this title, however. • Fifteen games are being made free for 24 hours over 15 days have you picked up any yet?
