Saber Interactive have dropped a trailer for the brand new FREE World War Z game update. This new update features a new playable class the Drone Master. This class can help stem the zombie hordes by utilising a personal drone to tase and stun enemies that get to close. The drone is customisable, and via the talent tree can be modified. That taser can be turned into a lethal weapon, a support for team-mates or even a kamikaze attack to damage multiple hordes at once. This is truly the most versatile class of all the current ones available being able to fill out support, assault and defence type roles.

Additionally, this update has also updated the armoury with brand new weapons to play with during your fights with the zombie hordes this game bombards you with. The example given in the trailer, is a ACW Semi-Automatic Grenade launcher! Which can plow through large horde quickly and effectively.

Most importantly, this update also enables cross-play across all available platforms (PS4, Xbox One, and PC). So you will now be able to play all PvE elements of the game with friends across ALL platforms. Be sure to check out the trailer above for all of the details.
