GTA 6 has had its setting leaked
We finally have a rumour with some legitimacy regarding the illusive GTA6. Whilst it isn’t a release date or trailer, what we have is a possible setting that has been leaked this week by Tom Henderson and backed up by Jason Schreier. The 2 reporters have seemingly confirmed that the leaked setting for GTA 6 will be Vice City. This location hasn’t been used by Rockstar since Vice City Stories in 2006. The initial tweet that sparked this rumour has seemingly now been deleted, but many of our sources have confirmed key points from the initial tweet.
The next instalment to the GTA franchise will allegedly be set in the modern-day, moving away from the 80's setting Vice City has originally seen. There will also allegedly be multiple protagonists, much like we have seen within GTAV, and it can be expected no later than 2025. Naturally, with no official word from Rockstar or Take-Two Interactive, we can't conform to any of this yet. Instead, we will have to wait and see what the developer and publishers have to say in the far future when GTA 6 is ready to be revealed.
